Termseal announces a new senior hire, with Bruce Webb joining the team.
Termseal Australia has announced that Bruce Webb has joined the business, in the new position of general manager.
This appointment will allow Phil Hannay, previously managing director, to move into a technical development role. “With Bruce joining Termseal, it provides the structure to support the next growth phase of the business,” said Mr Hannay. “With his extensive sales and marketing experience, Bruce will drive the business growth, and I can focus on the technical side of the business, looking at new product development opportunities.”
Mr Webb has 30 years of sales, marketing and managerial experience gained while working for global technology and consumer electronics companies, including Nokia. His roles have included local and regional management positions both in Australia and throughout Asia, often involving extensive collaboration with government agencies.
“Before accepting the role, I did my research. Their track record of innovation is exceptional. Coupled with the fact Termseal is an all-Australian venture – developed and manufactured in Australia – it was an easy decision to make,” said Mr Webb.
