PCT International – Moving and Growing

Australian-owned PCT International continues to expand following significant business growth.

PCT International, whose pest control product portfolio includes the termite products Nemesis and Terminade, is undergoing significant expansion on the back of continued sales growth. The expansion covers facilities, employees and product portfolio.

PCT has relocated to a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Brisbane. The new facility includes upgraded manufacturing areas and expanded warehousing to meet the increasing demand of its pest control, turf and agricultural products. It also provides dedicated meeting spaces for distributor and customer engagement.

“The move to our new premises is a huge milestone for the PCT team. It’s more than a change of address – it’s a strategic investment in expanding our research and design capability, upgrading our manufacturing facilities, and enhancing overall operational efficiency,” commented David Pearson, owner of PCT International.

“This investment will allow us to bring new products to market faster, uphold the highest standards of quality and better serve our customers and partners both locally and around the world in the agriculture, turf and pest control markets.”

Following increasing demand for its products, PCT has recognised the importance of ensuring hands-on support for pest managers. In addition to the experienced Richard Murray, PCT recently appointed Dr Fazal Sultanbawa as a technical coordinator to support product development and handle technical enquiries. Dr Sultanbawa holds a PhD in Plant Science and brings over 20 years of technical and commercial experience from across Australia, Sri Lanka, and Canada in crop inputs, pest management, and plant nutrition.

PCT already has an extensive product range targeting all the key pests but continues to upgrade and add to the product range. Recently, red imported fire ants have been added to the labels of Surefire Termiticide and Insecticide, and Surefire Fipronil Granular Insecticide. In addition, a new rodent control product will be added to the already extensive rodent bait range in 2026. Innovation remains a core focus at PCT, with the demand for locally manufactured products ever increasing.

“As we look ahead to 2026 and beyond, we’re proud of our Australian roots and will continue to be driven by innovation, integrity and excellence,” said Mr Pearson.
