Together with Rapid Solutions, QLD company Form Pigeon has developed an easy way to create accurate pest reports on mobile devices.
Report Writer is an easy to use mobile application that eliminates something we all hate: time consuming and laborious filling in of forms by hand. By converting custom designed forms into professional branded reports, Report Writer offers pest managers the ability to improve compliance, minimise mistakes, ensure consistency and improve their bottom line.
The Report Writer system was developed by the team at Form Pigeon, based in southeast Queensland.

Exciting developments in 2016
A range of further developments is in the pipeline to be delivered in 2016. These exciting improvements have been based on that all-important feedback from our customers.
An iPhone version of Report Writer will be ready in the new year. This has been a request by many and will assist the technician when they are operating in those tight, hard to get to places. They can simply take the photos on their phone direct to Report Writer without having to upload them to another device to complete a report at a later date.
Form Pigeon also realise a large number of technicians currently have iPhones and this update will save them having to buy a tablet to use Report Writer. The iPhone version is currently being tested and will be released to the market shortly.
A new Android version will be released with a focus on increased speed and the ability to work offline, a feature that many have requested.
Users will also be able to integrate with accounting software Xero early next year, so invoicing and data entry will no longer need to be double handled. Xero is the world leader in cloud based accounting software.
The ‘tech support’ portal is being upgraded from UserVoice to Desk, which will have many benefits to your business as well as giving us crucial statistics on any feedback you are giving. Desk is a product of Salesforce and is a leader in customer support.
