Two new faces join the Syngenta Professional Pest Management team.
Syngenta has announced two new additions to its Professional Pest Management team, designed to improve customer experience. On the back of two recent product launches – Talon GT Pro Rodenticide Grain Bait Block and Advion Evolution Gel Bait – the new team members will be looking offer support to customers old and new.

Joss (Jocelyn) Pohl joins the team as territory sales manager – Syngenta PPM Australia, South (VIC, SA, WA, TAS). Ms Pohl joins Syngenta from the life sciences industry where she was a business development manager providing technological solutions in disease research (human, animal and plant). With a Bachelor of Science from Otago University in New Zealand and a Master’s Degree in Physics from Swinburne University, one of her strengths is the ability to explain professional pest chemistry in an informed and approachable style. Based near Melbourne, Ms Pohl brings business development, technical training and sales experience to the team.

Adam Davis has been appointed territory sales manager – Syngenta PPM Australia, North (NSW, QLD, NT) and is based in North West Sydney. Mr Davis acquired a Diploma in Biological and Chemical Technologies and a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science in Biotechnology from the University of Western Sydney. He joins Syngenta from the life sciences industry where he was the national sales manager for consumable products, partnering with procurement teams across the health industry including serving academia. Mr Davis brings a strong analytical approach to sales performance with a solid commercial understanding, together with an approachable style.
Ms Pohl and Mr Davis join Peter Ambrose-Pearce, technical services lead – Syngenta PPM Australia and New Zealand. Soon celebrating ten years tenure at Syngenta, he will continue to offer expert guidance and support on all technical questions and requirements relating to Syngenta products.
