AGSERV PESTECH 2015

It’s been a busy week of roadshows for Agserv Pestech 2015.

Pestech 2015 got off to a cracking start, with the trade show starting on the Sunshine Coast on Monday 1st June and finishing with Ballina on Friday 5th June. “It was a jam-packed week with nothing but positive feedback from both company representatives and pest managers alike,” said Eris Hess, managing director of Agserv.

“Each day started with lunch at midday followed by Powerpoint presentations during the session before afternoon tea. The final session of the afternoon consisted of hands on talks and discussion by various companies.

“Feedback from pest managers was that they were very happy with the proceedings, with the hands-on presentations being the favourite again. Pest managers were very interested to learn about the introduction of new products such as FMC’s Fury, and Sundew’s Starrdust Pro
– plus the specials on the day. It seems the most important reason why pest managers come back year after year is to receive new information and learn about new products.”

The afternoon finished with exhibitors giving away lucky door prizes with the Agserv Esky proving very popular. Esky winners were; Barry – Mr Pestman (Sunshine Coast), Nathan – Federal Pest Control (Brisbane), Dave – Termi Home & Commercial (Toowoomba), David – Gill’s Pest Control (Gold Coast), and Josh – All Pest Solutions (Ballina).

“I would like to acknowledge and thank all major sponsors such as Bell, FMC, Syngenta, BASF, Sundew, Sumitomo Chemical and all other suppliers attending the events.

“I would also like to thank the pest managers that attended the events already held, and we look forward to seeing more at our upcoming events.”

From mid to late July Pestech events will be held in Tamworth, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Sydney, Nowra, Canberra, Albury, Bendigo and Melbourne. Contact your local Agserv branch for dates, venues and to book your place.

“I would really encourage pest managers to attend one of our upcoming Pestech events. There won’t be a better place to learn about what’s new in our industry,” concluded Mr Hess.
