The annual reader survey for Professional Pest Manager magazine is now open.
Professional Pest Manager magazine is the only independent industry publication and relies on subscriptions and support from advertisers. As such, it is important that we get your feedback to ensure the magazine continues to provide the information and services you want and need to support your businesses.
The 2018 survey provided useful information and we have implemented a number of the reader suggestions already. Although the majority of readers only want the printed version, a significant number also wanted access to a digital version. Subscribers now have access to an online version of the magazine – issues back to 2015 are available on the website – and the magazines have been loaded as separate articles to allow readers to search for specific content. Readers can now access over 600 articles with the easy to use search function allowing that elusive article to be located with ease. By the end of the year there will be over 1000 articles available to pest managers as a valuable information resource.
Readers also requested more information on pests other than termites. Over the last year, the magazine has expanded the non-termite insight segments, run the Pest Essential insert series with Globe Pest Solutions, is currently running the Lawn Care segment and for less common ‘pests’ there is the Pest ID segment in Professional Pest Manager Pest E-News.
But of course, we want to continue to improve our offerings – so we need your feedback. The 2019 Survey is now live, so if you could spend five minutes of your time to let us know what you like, what we can do better and suggest ideas for the future, it will allow us to continue to develop the magazine to provide the information you want and need to keep you informed, make your jobs easier and grow your businesses.
We don’t view Professional Pest Manager as just a magazine, it’s ‘Your Pest Control Knowledge Centre’, so don’t confine your thinking to just the magazine. We’ve already got some exciting activities in the pipeline for 2020 and hopefully you’ll have some great ideas too!
