Rapid Inspect, the free report-writing software from Rapid Solutions, has now been updated for improved usability.
Creating compliant pest inspection reports requires attention to detail and the ability to tick off a mental checklist containing many items. It makes sense to use a real-time reporting app to create compliant reports while working through a job, rather than relying on notes and memory. Getting this right helps ensure pest control businesses avoid costly insurance claims.
The Rapid Solutions report writing app, Rapid Inspect, has recently undergone a substantial update aimed at making it even more user friendly. Currently it is free to all.
Incorporating new design features in response to feedback from users, the app now provides a fully comprehensive suite of all pest and building reporting templates, with new features including:
- Inspect mode – take photos and upload them immediately to a report
- Sketch function – draw site maps and diagrams
- Improved usability – for easier navigation
- Branded reports – resulting reports feature users’ business branding.
Rapid Inspect users can now also access a pest and building report back at the office from a desktop computer, even as it is being created.
Creating a pest and building report via real-time reporting is the modern way to do business, being quicker and easier than paper based systems. But in many ways, the most important benefit in using an app such as Rapid Inspect, which allows accurate on site reporting, is that it can significantly reduce the risk of insurance claims.
Rapid Solutions is so confident in the new and improved Rapid Inspect, that it will soon replace Report Writer. However, it is giving Report Writer users plenty of time to transition, with February 14, 2021 the cut-off date. Rapid Inspect is available now for both Apple and Android, and is fully supported by the Rapid Solutions team.
