Manufactured in Australia, Pro-Reel offers high quality spray rig solutions, suitable for a wide range of uses.

The Australian-made Pro-Reel has become a preferred hose with local pest managers. Not only is Pro-Reel a quality hose choice that can be used with your existing tank set up, it is actually a component of a modular spray tank system from Goldacres, that allows pest managers to configure a new custom tank set up to meet their specific requirements.

The Pro-Reel offers a quality hose with remote control automatic rewind, allowing rapid, tangle free rewinding of hoses. Designed for the professional sprayer, the Pro-Reel itself is a stand-alone unit using a simple 12V motor with a no fuss belt drive system and a remote control that provides up to 200 m in range. It also features a heavy duty steel frame combined with durable anti-corrosion poly reel plates and a stainless steel shaft, quality bearings and up to 150 m of 12 mm nylon anti-kink hose, which make the Pro-Reel the ideal choice for pest managers wanting to transform their existing tank.

The Pro-Reel can also be combined with different tank set ups to create a system matched to the pest manager’s needs. Systems can be designed with one or two tank set ups, with individual tank sizes ranging from 200 L to 1000 L. The systems come with a tank pump for complete tank drain and compact dimensions to suit many tray back applications. All systems are driven by reliable, high-quality Honda engines driving Udor high pressure diaphragm pumps. Spray control is via a manual regulation valve with manual taps and a suction filter with a shut-off valve fitted across the range. Hoses are fitted with a turbo 400 spray gun, with adjustable spray trigger, which is both lightweight and capable of dealing with the high pressure spraying duties.

So whatever your spray rig need, Pro-Reel offers a flexible modular spray solution, all built right here in Australia.
