The BASF team continues to expand with the announcement of another new hire.

The BASF Professional and Specialty Solutions team, led by commercial manager Stewart Paterson, has continued to develop its expertise through the active recruitment of experienced personnel.

The last 12 months has seen the arrival of Dr David Elmouttie (technical) and Andrew Glenn (NSW sales). The pest control sales team has been further strengthened with the appointment of Mark Wilson (sales manager, northern Australia) and Leigh Pronk (sales manager, southern Australia, pictured above).

“I am thrilled to be leading an energetic team that is well-placed to support our rapidly growing business.

With an exciting portfolio of new products coming in late 2015 to early 2016, our team has a significant depth and breadth of complimentary experience in the pest control industry,” said Mr Paterson.

“Mark is a highly experienced, international sales professional, having worked in the United Kingdom as well as Australia. In addition to his pest control experience, he has worked in a diverse range of sectors including cleaning, automotive parts and mining.

“His technical and commercial expertise, combined with a deep understanding of pest control, will be a valuable asset for our customers.

“Leigh, on the other hand, is a specialist in national franchising management, training and customer service. With strong knowledge and technical experience coupled with a renowned value-adding, solutions approach, our customers will notice a real benefit.”

The expanded BASF team will support the upcoming launches of new Termidor and Goliath products and their continuing marketing activities, including the ‘Take the termite test’ campaign for consumers.
