Pest-Ex recently reviewed its business performance as part of an office move and uncovered a nice surprise \u2013 owner and director, Danny Kelly<\/strong> discovered he had used 988 bottles of Termidor. Before he knew it he had hit bottle number 1000!<\/p>\n

When BASF<\/a> commercial manager, Stewart<\/strong> Paterson<\/strong>, became aware of this significant achievement he was somewhat surprised. \u201cMy first reaction was one of amazement and particularly that one of our customers would know exactly how many bottles they had purchased. It was clearly an indicator of a very well run business.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pest-Ex has been using Termidor for nearly ten years. \u201cWhen it comes\u00a0to chemicals, we are loyal to BASF, purely based on performance and the lack of recalls,\u201d said Mr Kelly.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe best way to describe our confidence in Termidor is that we have no fear of failure.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlthough we have been approached to switch chemicals over the years, we always refuse, even if Termidor is a little more expensive. When you trust and have confidence in a product,\u00a0it\u2019s simply not worth switching for a small saving, especially when your customers appreciate the results.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pest-Ex has developed a reputation for fixing re-occurring termite problems and Mr Kelly believes the use of Termidor has been integral to this success.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe often get calls from customers who have \u2018re-occurring\u2019 termite problems. When we arrive on site\u00a0we find that poor or incomplete treatments have been carried out. Our attention to detail, honest advice and guaranteed results, delivered by a product we can trust, wins us the job. Then, when we deliver on our promise, we get a lot of referrals.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pest-Ex also use Termidor Dry as the product of choice for eliminating active termites from structures. \u201cWe can be 100% confident when we return three weeks later, that the termites will be gone.\u201d<\/p>\n
