Gregory Hunt joins the FMC team.<\/em>

FMC Specialty Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregory Hunt<\/strong> as business development manager. Mr Hunt joins FMC<\/a> with many years of experience in the pest control industry, having worked previously for DuPont, Ecolab and Amalgamated Pest Control. Most recently Mr Hunt was the technical training manager for Rentokil Australia.<\/p>\n

Mr Hunt commenced his career in pest management in 1995 with Amalgamated Pest Control in the Hervey Bay branch. He initially started as a technician and was involved in all residential and commercial pest management. Wanting to develop his skills further, he enrolled into the termite course and became a qualified timber pest inspector.<\/p>\n

Mr Hunt saw the opportunity to further his career and moved to North Queensland. He recalls this as a great learning experience, having dealt with a variety of termite management situations. It also marked the start\u00a0of his career as a trainer (of other technicians).<\/p>\n

Mr Hunt was promoted to technical officer based in Brisbane, a position he held for three years before being promoted to training manager \u2013 he managed the registered training organisation for more than three years.<\/p>\n

The highlight of his career to date was in establishing a technical training program in the United Arab Emirates, where he worked closely with colleagues providing technical support.<\/p>\n
