A new business venture sees two established pest control supply companies joining forces.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Pelsis Holdings<\/a> (UK) and Curtis Gilmour<\/a> have recently announced a merger, bringing together the brand portfolios and operations of the two companies.<\/p>\n

The activities of the two companies are highly complementary and together give access to a broader range of customers, and geographies, for the consolidated product range.<\/p>\n

Pelsis has leading brands in both the professional and consumer pest control categories, such as Insect-O-Cutor<\/a> and Network<\/a> bird control, while Curtis Gilmour\u2019s brands include the B&G Equipment<\/a> line of professional sprayers,\u00a0Curtis Dyna-Fog<\/a> premium fogging products, as well as the Agrisense<\/a> and Silvandersson<\/a> trapping and monitoring brands.<\/p>\n

The consolidated portfolio will be led by Pelsis Group CEO Peter Mangion<\/strong>, and will continue to operate from its current facilities in the US and in Europe. A core strength acknowledged by the\u00a0two companies is their respective distribution, distributor and sales representative network means of going to market, about which there is no intention to change.<\/p>\n
