Ms Shalders will report directly to <strong>Jeff Einam<\/strong> and will be based in Melbourne. She will be a permanent member of the Environmental Science team at Bayer (soon to become Envu).<\/p>\n<p>Ms Shalders has been in regulatory affairs for more than 18 years. Originally from Ireland, she moved to Australia and began her career working as a research officer conducting efficacy and safety field trials on a range of horticultural crops in Tasmania.<\/p>\n<p>After three years working in the field, she joined Nufarm in the role of regulatory product manager where she managed a large product portfolio including insecticides and fumigants.
