Ms Kernke is a dynamic and strategic marketing leader with extensive experience across global retail FMCG organisations. She most recently led Hallmark\u2018s digital transformation and development of its e-commerce platform as well as the company\u2019s consumer marketing campaigns. She has a consistent track record of outstanding business outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled with the opportunity to join the ES business and can\u2019t wait to meet the broader team. I am excited to immerse myself in the business and develop a deep understanding of our unique proposition and opportunities as we enter this exciting new chapter with Cinven,\u201d she said.
