Introducing the team from Wymark team after the merger between Wymark Insurance Brokers and Wallace Risk Solutions.<\/em><\/p>\n

In light of the recent joint venture between Wymark Insurance Brokers (WIB) and Wallace Risk Solutions (WRS), we thought it would\u00a0be a good opportunity to introduce and reacquaint you with our ever-expanding\u00a0team. The combination WRS and WIB has created a diverse, well experienced team, that will deliver market leading insurance to the industry. Professional Indemnity and Public Liability isn\u2019t the full picture, we can also\u00a0look after all your insurance needs, including business insurance, commercial and private motor vehicle, landlords, home and contents.<\/p>\n

At the end of the day it\u2019s our staff and our clients that make our business, and we honestly believe we have a great team working for us. From your everyday contacts, to administration, through to claims management.<\/p>\n

Each touch point with our clients is as important as the next. We hope at some point in the near future we are able to meet you all at the industry events, to get to know you better or meet you for the first time.<\/p>\n

Kate Gursansky<\/strong> (formerly Power) has been with us for almost five years and is your \u2018go to person\u2019 for all pest and non pest related insurance products. Kate is the organisation behind the team, ensuring everyone is up to date and you get your queries or policies completed in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

James Nicol<\/strong> was there from the beginning with WRS, and is extremely diligent with an eye for the details. Always looking out for his client\u2019s best interest, you are in good hands.<\/p>\n

Jackie Bougatsas<\/strong> has been with the team for some time now, she is the claims guru who ensures you are looked after should you receive notice of a claim. Jackie is the voice of reason in disputes and is always there to support and assist you during a claim, which can be a stressful event.<\/p>\n

Renee Haritos<\/strong> is joining us in a few weeks, coming across from a large direct insurer. She has great knowledge in a range of insurance products, especially rural, which brings something new to the team.<\/p>\n

Tiffany Armstrong<\/strong> should need no introduction; she has been working in insurance for the pest industry for more than 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team.<\/p>\n

Sue Morrissey<\/strong> recently joined the team in Newcastle and is an integral part of the underwriting team. Sue\u2019s thorough and diligent approach to her work ensures an extremely high standard of customer service on each occasion.<\/p>\n

Nathan Kerr<\/strong> has worked in the industry since 2002 and is no doubt a familiar name to many of you. When it comes to insurance and the pest industry, Nathan\u2019s knowledge is second to none. Nathan will be focussing on underwriting moving forward but will always be available to chat with clients.<\/p>\n

As for myself, I\u2019ve worked in insurance for almost 20 years, specialising in pest management for the last 10 years. I\u2019ve overseen the growth of WRS and will continue this role with WIB.<\/p>\n
