Phil Ridley has over 25 years experience in the Pest Control industry, covering a number of technical and marketing roles. After completing his PhD on \u201cThe foraging behaviour of leaf-cutting ants\u201d at the University of Southampton in the UK, he moved to Australia to work at Reckitt Benckiser on the Mortein pest control brand. At Reckitt Benckiser he held various local and global marketing roles supporting the pest control category.<\/p>

Phil then moved into the professional pest control industry, joining DuPont to set up their professional products business in Asia Pacific. During his time with DuPont he launched the Advion, Arilon and Altriset products.<\/p>

In addition to running\u00a0Professional Pest Manager<\/em>\u00a0magazine, Phil also runs\u00a0Bug Doctor Media<\/a>, a specialist media company that provides marketing and advertising support to pest control companies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
