WALLACE RISK SOLUTIONS BECOMES A RELIANCE PARTNER (RP-OAKLEIGH)

Wallace Risk Solutions has announced a new partnership with Reliance Franchise Partners.

It is no secret that the insurance market is becoming more competitive. Volume and influence are required if an insurance broker is to source the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions for its clients.

With this in mind Wallace Risk Solutions have announced a strategic partnership with Reliance Franchise Partners – one of Australia’s most progressive and innovative national insurance broking networks.

James Wallace, director of Wallace Risk Solutions explained the reasoning behind these significant changes.

“We strongly believe in a personalised service model, and the link with Reliance Franchise Partners allows us to use its systems and facilities to improve productivity, which means we will be able to spend more time with the most important people in the business – our clients.

“The Reliance Partners structure includes a dedicated claims service, which will help ensure the streamlined and timely resolution
of claims processing. The support structure has been designed to ensure partners can spend time servicing client relationships and providing trusted advice, while being supported in administrative functions, freeing up our time to provide a higher quality of service to you.”

Reliance Franchise Partners also has extensive access to markets and products usually only reserved for large multinational brokers. These markets and products will now also become readily available to pest control operators.

“As a result of these changes, you will see significant changes in the way we are able to deliver a broader range of insurance product options and provide pro-active service, particularly in the area of claims settlement.

This will ensure the very best future coverage and pricing options shall always be available to you.

“Importantly, although there are significant changes behind the scene, we are very pleased to advise that we will remain your dedicated insurance broker, ensuring pest control companies receive the most appropriate insurance coverage to suit their needs – at the right price.”

Mr Wallace was keen to assure customers that there has been no change to current insurance coverage as a result of this transition – all policies in force remain valid.

“With all of the above in mind we already have some great initiatives being delivered early in 2016.”
