Another pest control company joins the Rollins portfolio.
US company Rollins has continued its regional expansion by acquiring Singapore pest control company, Aardwolf Pestkare.
Rollins, who own Orkin in the US, along with a number of other pest control companies, have acquired four Australian pest control businesses in recent years; Allpest in WA, Murray Pest Control in SA, Statewide Pest Control in Victoria and NSW, and Scientific Pest Management.
According to Gary W. Rollins, vice chairman and chief executive officer of Rollins, “The Aardwolf Pestkare acquisition is an important milestone and expands our global presence into 54 countries worldwide.”
