New and old faces form Syngenta’s restructured Professional Pest Management team.

The Syngenta Professional Pest Management (PPM) department has undergone a reshuffle and sees two new managers joining the team.

Carole Cast (above, right) joins as business manager PPM ANZ, bringing 20 years’ diverse channel experience to the business development role. “Syngenta is a leading global business with an understanding of how to utilise innovation to tailor to our local customers. I’m excited to join and lead the ANZ PPM team at Syngenta and work closely with our business partners,” she commented.

Peter Ambrose-Pearce (above, centre), a name that may be familiar to some already, has become technical services lead ANZ. Having been with Syngenta since 2014, his excellent technical abilities and practical pest knowledge enable him to assist customers with in-field problem solving and practical technical training. Mr Ambrose- Pearce is based in Queensland but will travel nationally in his new role.

Victoria Lines-Bushby (above, left) joins as sales manager ANZ, with the goal of developing successful partnerships with clients to support their business goals. Ms Lines-Bushby began her career in pest control in 2003 with Rentokil Initial Australia in Newcastle and since then has built strong skills in sales as well as pest management. “Our new team is energised and ready to take Syngenta into the future through great customer support, product quality and technical support for the professional pest managers and distributors,” she commented.
