AGSERV PARTNER BIRD-X

Agserv have an exciting new offering in the bird management market.

Bird-X, the American pest control products manufacturer, has teamed up with Agserv to offer their premium bird spikes and netting to customers in Australia.

Eris Hess, Agserv managing director, first heard of Bird-X during his many years traveling to the United States with the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).

“Bird-X has been the world’s leader in humane bird and pest control since 1964, and is dedicated to protecting human health, wildlife and the environment. They manufacture a complete line of unique pest control products with an unmatched focus on quality, efficacy, and customer service. These will fit in well in the Australian pest control market,” said Mr Hess.

Bird-X spikes create a physical barrier that prevents pest birds from landing, perching or roosting wherever they are used. Bird spikes are ideal for edges, ledges, windowsills, rooftops, entryways and more.

Agserv also stocks Bird-X bird netting, which is another effective, low profile and long-lasting solution to combat pest bird infestations. Bird netting can be used in semi-enclosed spaces or large open areas that are inviting to pest birds – it can even be draped to protect crops. Netting completely blocks pest birds from entering an area and is claimed to be 100% effective when installed correctly.

Agserv is the most recent addition to the global network of Bird-X distributors. “We are extremely excited about our partnership with worldwide distributors, as it has given Bird-X the opportunity to leverage our products across many new industries in foreign markets,” commented Josh Pierce, Bird-X national sales manager.
